This Contest is open only to legal residents of the territory of India who:

MUST be at least (21) years old, as on December 5th, 2012 and must be a parent of atleast 1 Child.

PRIZES: 24 kids chosen will feature in the 2013 Babyoye calendar. Winners will receive BabyoyeCalendar, a Flipbook and poster calendar. Top 5 most voted kids will get a Flipbook and Poster Calendar. (If any of the top 5 voted kid is chosen for the calendar they will get the prize mentioned above and the next kid will be eligible for this prize). All the participants get a poster calendar.

First Round – Entry Submissions and Public Voting: From 6:00:00 p.m. IST on December 5th, 2012 through 12:00:00 p.m. IST on December 18th, 2012, all eligible Entry Submissions Videos will be open for voting on the Voice of Babyoye contest. The public will vote for all the Entries ("Voting Period) based on the following suggested criteria: (a) extent to which you believe the Entrant represents the BabyoyeCalendar Hunt contest requirements (b) originality; general appeal. Each member of the public will be limited to one (1) vote per entry. Voting generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole judgment, will be void. Additional details about the public voting process are set forth in the “Voting Process” description, below. At the end of the Voting Period, the top five (5) Entries that received the most votes will receive prizes. In the event of a tie for the last available Finalist spot (number five (5), the Entry receiving the highest number of votes on the last day of the Voting Phase will be selected as a Finalist. Another 24 entries apart from these top 5 entries can be chosen by the Jury, will feature in the BabyoyeCalendar. It is not necessary that the Top 5 entries will feature in the Babyoye Calendar 2013.

Second Round – Judging: Between 12:00:00 p.m. IST on December 18th, 2012 and 12:00 p.m. IST on December 20th, 2012, all eligible Entry Submissions will be judged by a panel of judges from Babyoye.com. Using their expertise, in their sole and unfettered discretion, the Judging Panel will determine the 24 winners.
